OUR CLASSES

Our CrossFit 1-hour long coach led classes are well varied and FUN for all!
The sessions include stretching, skill practice, strength work and/or a conditioning element. Plus, each “WOD” (Workout of the Day) will be different everytime so it will keep sessions new and varied. Every workout can be scaled to the individuals need, considering your current fitness level and ability.
CROSSFIT

BARBELL CLUB
Our Barbell class follows set weightlifting cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles. It is great if you’re looking to improve your technique and strength in Olympic Weightlifting for WODs or competitions.

CARDIO CLUB
Our Cardio Club includes a high intensity fitness sessions- incorporating mainly body weight movements.

OPEN GYM
Open Gym -you will have access to the gym. To practice skill work or catch up on workouts. This isn’t coach led. But someone will be there if you need a helping hand.
