Dead Mans Chest is our annual event - a same sex pairs fitness competition held at Mounts Bay Academy.

 

We have an open division and a masters division (both athletes 35 years + on the day of the event.).

Both divisions will compete on the same day. Both divisions will have scaled options on the day. Our workouts will be inclusive but challenging for all abilities.
